Applicants must submit the following documents:

1. Application addressed to the Director of the State Museum of History of Uzbekistan.

2. Brief autobiographical information (CV - using form 3.5 template, in both Uzbek and Russian).

3. A certified copy of the employment record book (for currently employed applicants).

4. Copy of the master's degree diploma or higher education diploma (according to the specialty programs) from a higher education institution.

5. List of published scientific works, along with their copies (at least 1 article and 2 abstracts).

6. Letter of recommendation from the workplace (for independent applicants).

7. Copy of passport.

8. Copy of the State Scholarship of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan certificate (if applicable).

9. National or equivalent international language certificate.

All documents should be prepared in PDF format and submitted through the Unified Electronic System for Coordinating Postgraduate Education (DARAJA.ILMIY.UZ) from September 15 to October 15 with registration.
