Following nearly two years of reconstruction, the State Museum of the History of Uzbekistan reopened its doors to visitors. As part of the "Open Day" events held on 24–26 July, citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan were admitted free of charge. This initiative received positive feedback from visitors.

Attention to citizens who were unable to visit the museum during the three-day Open Day events!

According to Presidential Decree No. PF-6000 of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 26 May 2020, the first Sunday of every month is designated as Open Day at state museums.

Accordingly, on Sunday, 2 August 2026, admission to the State Museum of the History of Uzbekistan will be free of charge for citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan as part of the Open Day.
