On this day, not only does nature awaken, but human thoughts, emotions, and energy are also renewed. That is why our people celebrate this holiday with great joy.

One such joyful event was grandly celebrated today at the Tashkent Museum, a branch of the State Museum of History of Uzbekistan. The first half of the day began with cheerful songs and performances by preschool children from the Shaykhantakhur district of the capital. The festivities continued with students from the Uzbek State University of World Languages performing traditional songs, lapars, poetic duels, and artistic recitations, further enhancing the celebratory atmosphere.

In the second half of the day, the main part of the event was organized in collaboration with the Uzbek State Academic Russian Drama Theater. First, the theater’s talented artists, Dilbar Ganiyeva and Denis Sotnikov, delighted the audience with their musical performances dedicated to Navruz. The highlight of the program was a special gift for the guests – a performance by the renowned actress Alexandra Andreyeva with her program "Tashkent in Bloom," which brought a unique festive spirit to the gathering.

It is worth noting that today’s program marks just the beginning of the Navruz celebrations. The State Museum of History of Uzbekistan, under the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, extends its warmest congratulations to all fellow citizens on Navruz and wishes everyone a joyful spring mood, good health, and abundant energy!
