A photo exhibition was organized at the Tashkent Museum.

The exhibition featured more than 20 photographs of the people of Uzbekistan and the life of the country from 1941-1945, taken from the photonegatives of the museum's "Archive" collection, as well as books reflecting the war years, stored in the library of the State Museum of the History of Uzbekistan.

✅The purpose of the exhibition is to commemorate the heroism of those who died in the war, went missing, and returned alive, to perpetuate the memory of the heroes of the front and rear, to instill in the younger generation a sense of respect for history and patriotism, and to form a sense of preserving our national memory, to highlight the grave consequences of war, human courage, and the value of peace through photographs.

📌This exhibition showcased unique photo documents, personal archives, and photographs depicting the battlefields of 1941-1945, life in the rear, the courage of Uzbek soldiers, and the selfless work of the population. During the exhibition, video clips dedicated to the memory of war veterans, historical information, and artistic performances staged by the Academic Russian Drama Theater were also presented.
