Events of the “Museums Week” are continuing at the Tashkent Museum. As part of this program, students of the Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Animal Husbandry and Biotechnology paid a visit to the museum.
The students acquired extensive information about the historical development of Tashkent – from ancient times to the present day – as well as the city’s various stages of social and cultural life. During the guided tour, they became acquainted with historical artifacts, archaeological findings, and samples of folk applied art presented in the exhibition, which left a strong impression on them.
The main purpose of this visit was to strengthen respect for national history and cultural heritage among young people, to enhance their knowledge and spiritual outlook, and to provide them with closer familiarity with the museum’s activities.
The visit, organized within the framework of “Museums Week,” served not only as an additional source of knowledge in the educational process but also had significant spiritual value for the students. This event further increased young people’s interest in history and fostered patriotic feelings in their hearts.
