Yesterday, nearly 50 students of the “Jurisprudence” program at the Faculty of Social Sciences of the National University of Uzbekistan visited the Tashkent Museum — a branch of the State Museum of the History of Uzbekistan.

During the visit, the students toured the museum’s exhibition and learned about Tashkent’s history from ancient times to the present through various exhibits, archaeological finds, written sources, and examples of cultural heritage.

An excursion organized by the museum’s research staff provided the students with detailed information about the stages of Tashkent’s historical development, architectural monuments, and the city’s cultural life.

Such visits play an important role in fostering young people’s respect for historical heritage and strengthening their national pride, patriotism, and sense of identity.
