Today a nationwide community clean-up (hashar) was held at the State Museum of History of Uzbekistan under the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The museum staff actively participated in the event and carried out landscaping and cleaning works in the museum area.
During the hashar, the museum building and its surrounding territory were cleaned and put in order, and green areas were maintained. In addition, new tree saplings were planted around the museum to further enhance the greenery of the area.
This event was organized as part of the nationwide hashar held across the country on the eve of the Navruz holiday and serves to promote environmental protection, improvement of public spaces, and the development of ecological awareness.
The museum team plans to continue organizing such activities in the future.
